Favor with God Luke 1: 26-38I. Favor with God The angel Gabriel comes to Mary with a message. God has favor with you. Then the explanation
of the conception, birth and name of Jesus is told. Mary questions as to how could it be possible. Knowing and trusting God's
work through the power of the Holy Spirit brings Mary to accepting God's call upon her life.
II. Mary said
yes and the rest is history. While Mary is unlikely, yet a willing candidate to mother the Child of God, there seems
to be consistently alignment with the way God works. Mary understands how important the task and willingness is obedient to
God.
III. Biblical IMPOSSIBILITIES All throughout the Bible we observe these IMPOSSIBILITIES. God is
clearly capable of accomplishing tasks that are miraculous. Things which are beyond our ability are not impossible for God.
Our lesson is to merely be obedient to God. Trusting God's call to be God's servant will bring the greatest
sense of peace and fulfillment. Our mission is important to God and to those we live our lives with. I pray you sense the
peace of God in our everyday walk of life. Know that God has favor with each of us.
Yours in Christ,

Mark 1:1-8 One More Powerful ... Mark starts the writing of the gospel of Jesus Christ
with the message of John The Baptist. Called the Baptist for his preaching of repentance and baptism as a washing away of
all sin. Clearly he has arrived to fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah who says "To prepare the Way of the Lord." John's
claim was the one coming after him had all the power to Baptize with the Holy Spirit. John's
purpose is to help get everyone ready to meet the Messiah. We heed his advice and prepare our hearts to receive God's
gift. Clean out any and all hard feelings, turn toward God and reflect the light of God's love. Make straight yourself
so that God's love will be reflected from within you. Amen. Rev. Tac
